The landlord adamantly refused all of his requests to install one. DMG got a pool lift installed by court order and recovered damages for Mr. Wilkerson.The California College of the Arts rebuffed its wheelchair-using student’s years-long efforts to get accessible housing and transportation on campus. DMG obtained a substantial, confidential damages award in compensation for the hardship the student suffered while earning an education.
